The founder, Anél Malherbe, has a strong educational background and professional experience in the legal field.
Anél Malherbe’s journey in the legal profession began in 2015 when she started working for a law firm, where she discovered her passion for law. She enrolled at the University of South Africa (UNISA) for her BCom Law degree, which she obtained in 2017. She continued her education by pursuing an LLB degree, which she completed in 2020, still at UNISA. During her studies, she also gained practical experience through her Articles of Clerkship.
Important Milestones
An important milestone in Anél’s career was her admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2021. This allowed her to officially practice law and represent clients in various legal matters. Moreover, in the same year, she completed her Diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice from the University of Pretoria.
Continuing her professional development, Anél Malherbe achieved another significant accomplishment by being admitted as a Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa in 2023. This designation means that she is authorized to handle the legal aspects of property transactions, including the transfer of property ownership.
